Circle Overlap Checker
Given two circles defined by their centers and radii, check if they overlap. The circles are given as (x1, y1, r1) and (x2, y2, r2), where (xi, yi) is the center and ri is the radius of the i-th circle. Output 'YES' if they overlap and 'NO' otherwise.
