You are organizing a concert and need to allocate seats to maximize the number of attendees. Given a number of rows and columns followed by a list of integers where each integer represents the number of reserved spots in that row, determine the maximum number of people that can be seated. Each reserved spot reduces the capacity by one. Example input: 3 4 1 2 1 Output: 9
